DRUNK AND VULGAR GEORGIA JUDGE UPDATE

JUDGE CHRISTINA PETERSON ON SOCIAL MEDIA

The Georgia Supreme Court has had it with Christina Peterson. The Red Martini night club in Atlanta, Georgia, dialed 911 when a fight erupted outside their establishment. A couple was embroiled in an argument at that location and Christina Peterson (just another guest), decided to intervene. However, her intrusion took an unfortunate turn.

By inserting herself into a matter already being handled by the police, Peterson’s wig was pulled off her head and thrown on the ground, she was also lowered as is customary when dealing with an uncooperative drunk, handcuffed, and her breast was accidentally exposed. Due to her drunkenness however, she did not try to cover herself. Her breast remained exposed for a significant amount of time.

Peterson continued to refuse to identify herself and thought that police officers should automatically know who she was (which they did not). She continued swearing vulgarities and demanding that the police officers call people she knew (basically, behaving entitled, superior and obnoxious)

Adding to her troubles, Peterson has had a history of questionable conduct before Georgia’s Judicial Conduct Panel. The panel dismissed her from her judicial position in 2021 citing “systemic incompetence.” She is no longer a judge but when intoxicated she and her friends appear to forget that she no longer holds any governmental status at all. View her formal charges in the document below:

Her six-month tenure on the bench was marred by significant, self-centered missteps. Notably, she once posted a sexualized image of herself on social media, soliciting cash donations for her birthday.

Peterson also incarcerated an innocent woman who simply came to court asking to have her official name record corrected/updated. Rather than hear the petitioner’s request, Peterson jailed the woman and would not release the woman until she extorted $500.00 from the woman’s husband (and even then, she would only accept cash from him). Only then did she release the woman from jail

Despite her intoxicated state while intruding in an argument at the Red Martini nightclub in Atlanta, the Atlanta Police Department handled Peterson with patience and tolerance, emphasizing the need for professionalism even in challenging situations.

In her drunken state Peterson was recorded telling the arresting police officer that the last man that had treated her poorly, suffered the misfortune of “dying 30 days later.” Speaking in that fashion does not go to her credibility as a clairvoyant or a prophet, it only serves to demonstrate the extreme level of her intoxication.
