It is important to note that both Harvey Weinstein and Sean Combs were accused of sexual assault, but the nature of the accusations and the outcomes of the cases were different because the cases were slightly different but not by much.

Harvey Weinstein was accused of sexually assaulting and raping multiple women over the course of several years. He denied the allegations and went to trial, where he was found guilty of criminal sexual assault in the first degree and third-degree rape. That result is not ignored by Sean Combs’ lawyers who had settlement documents already drawn up before Ventura’s lawyers filed their case.

Today, November 24, 2023, is the last day when a sexual assault lawsuit may be filed in some states of the United States. I am sorry, but I am not able to find any information about who filed sexual assault lawsuits today, November 24, 2023. However, according to CBS News, a wave of lawsuits alleging sexual assault were filed in New York this week against prominent figures, including former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs and actor Jamie Foxx. The lawsuits came before Thursday’s expiration of the temporary Adult Survivors Act. The Adult Survivors Act is a law behind several high-profile sexual assault lawsuits in New York.

In contrast to the Harvey Weinstein case, Sean Combs was accused of sexual assault in a civil lawsuit, which he and his lawyers settled, within less than 24 hours of its filing.

Weinstein derived great pleasure from verbally or physically assaulting people and like most large bullies, people just got out of his way. He had always used his financial and physical strength to brutalize anyone that dared get in his way. He was certain he would win his New York case because he had always been able to use his money to buy him out of the hot seat.

After all, he had hired Black Cube, an intelligence gathering corporation skilled at digging up or inventing salacious stories about his accusers and had the stories planted in local newspapers such as the Village Voice, the Daily News and the New York Post. Weinstein and his lawyers were very confident that he would win his case. Losing the NYC case was a jolting surprise.

While both “Harvey Weinstein” and the “Sean Combs” cases involve allegations of sexual assault, the nature of the accusations, the legal proceedings, and the outcomes of the cases are different.

Sean Combs does not have the type of lawyers that represented Weinstein who like their client, rode on their pride and public persona’s.

Combs’ lawyers are a bit more logical and centered. They’re familiar with how being cocky can bring a client and a law team to its knees.

The FBI has followed the Tupac Shakur murder since the day it happened. Combs’ name has been rumored back and forth between the California and the New York rapper industry as having had involvement in that Las Vegas murder.

Tupac Shakur was shot on the night of September 7, 1996, but did not die until a week later at the age of 25.

Tupac was in a BMW driven by Death Row Records founder Marion “Suge” Knight near the Las Vegas Strip when a white Cadillac pulled up next to them and gunfire erupted. Shakur was shot multiple times. Rumor has it that a million dollars arrived in Las Vegas to pay for that murder.

To this day, no one has been named in Tupac’s assassination.

It is very likely that Sean Combs is finally going to have to be questioned about Tupac Shakur’s death.
