SHUTTERSTOCK: 1460470925 Lower Manhattan NYC, New York / USA - July 24, 2019: Sean “Diddy” Combs exiting the Crosby Street Hotel and heading to a waiting line of black SUV's surrounded by paparazzi and flanked by security.

Combs solicitors were negotiating a detailed proposal for his home incarceration when Texas attorney Tony Buzbee announced he’s representing 120+ more victims (including a 9-year-old).

Three months ago, Sean Combs was informed by his attorneys that the federal government would be arriving at his homes on Star Island in Miami and in Hollywood, California, with Homeland Security to conduct searches. His attorneys arranged for Combs to stay at a New York City hotel so he could be in the city when it was time to turn himself in. However, a day earlier than expected, Homeland Security officers arrived, arrested him, and took him to the same facility where Sam Bankman-Fried is also being held.

While awaiting arrest, Combs contacted everyone who had sued him or might sue him. He intimidated and threatened them, their families, and any businesses he believed he could endanger. Once arrested, he could no longer contact his sexual assault victims.

His attorney, Marc Agnifilo, Esq., has written a letter to Judge Andrew L. Carter, who is presiding over Combs’s case, requesting that he be released on his own recognizance.

The letter essentially outlines their proposal for Combs to await trial under house arrest. Unfortunately, Combs is so accustomed to having so much money and its associated power that living in such harsh conditions is something he finds untenable.
