Rumeysa Ozturk, Badar Khan Suri and Yunseo Chung are not wanted in the U.S. but behind closed doors Canada says they do not want them either.

BY AMERICAN AND CANADIAN PATRIOTS

Urgent Warning to RUMEYSA OZTURK, YUNSEO CHUNG, MAHMOUD KHALIL, BADAR KHAN SURI, SAHAR SHEHADEH and SARA RASIKH among many other Foreign Students living in and studying at American and or Canadian Universities. This article is an Open Letter to all international students studying at American and Canadian universities under a student visa.

Many students think that because some students have been released, it will go that way with all foreign students. Eventually, all persons that advocate terrorism in any form, will be removed or incarcerated.

Your presence enriches our campuses with diverse perspectives, but this privilege comes with strict responsibilities. It has come to our attention that some of you are openly engaging in protests and activities that support individuals, entities, or groups designated as terrorists by the U.S. and Canadian governments. This is not a minor infraction—it is a direct violation of U.S. and Canadian laws and goes against your visa conditions.

MAHMOUD KHALIL FRAUDULENTLY OBTAINED HIS VISA BY OBSCURING HIS TERRORIST ADVOCACY

Urgent Warning to Foreign Students in American and Canadian Universities. This article is an Open Letter to all international students studying in American and Canadian universities under a student visa:

Your presence enriches our campuses with diverse perspectives, but this privilege comes with strict responsibilities. It has come to our attention that some of you are openly engaging in protests and activities that support individuals, entities, or groups designated as terrorists by the U.S. and Canadian governments. This is not a minor infraction—it is a direct violation of U.S. and Canadian laws and your visa conditions.

Be warned: such actions carry severe consequences. Participation in or promotion of activities deemed harmful by our governments—whether public or private—will jeopardize your visa status. Revocation of your visa means immediate deportation to your home country, with no exceptions. This is not negotiable. Our nations value your academic contributions, but we will not tolerate threats to our safety and security.

Do not be deceived by the freedoms you experience here, which may not exist in your home countries. In many of your nations, similar dissent would result in harsh punishment, yet some of you have exploited our openness to act in ways you would never dare at home. This ends now. The leniency of the past is gone, and both governments are actively monitoring your actions.

If you disagree with U.S. or Canadian policies or feel compelled to promote ideologies that conflict with our laws, you must leave. Self-deportation is your only dignified option. Resources, including free apps for iOS and Android and support programs, are available to assist with a voluntary departure, some even offering financial aid. Choosing to leave now preserves your freedom and avoids the humiliation of forced removal.

If you remain and continue violating our laws, you risk detention in an Immigration Detention Center for months or even years. Law enforcement has likely already photographed and documented your activities. It is only a matter of time before you face consequences. A revoked visa renders you stateless, and waiting for someone to report you will lead to incarceration and loss of liberty.

Do not mistakenly believe that having a U.S.- or Canadian-born child will anchor you here. That loophole is closed. You will not be separated from your child—you will be allowed to take them with you upon deportation. Promoting hatred or terrorism in our countries is no longer tolerated, and Canada’s government and citizens are no less resolute than those in the U.S.

Consider this: you could not behave this way in your home countries without facing deportation, imprisonment, or worse. Why assume you can do so here? Our nations demand respect for our laws, just as we respect the laws of your countries.

To those involved with or promoting terrorist groups, know this: both governments are aware of your actions and will act swiftly to remove you. Deportations are happening daily, and many students have already been sent back to their home countries. Do not assume leniency because some have been released—your turn may be next.

We urge you to continue your academic journey with integrity, but you must immediately cease any activities that violate our laws. Align yourself with the legal and ethical standards that ensure the safety of our communities, or face the consequences.

Act now. Self-deport with dignity, or risk losing everything.

Signed,
American and Canadian Citizens
