AOC RAISING HELL AND FIGHTING WITH THE MOST POWERFUL MEN IN THE ADMINISTRATION

Recommendation and Warning to Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez aka “Sandy”

BY SNN.BZ STAFF

Letter to Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez,

Your recent public exchanges with President Donald Trump, Border Czar Tom Homan, and Secretary of State Marco Rubio have escalated tensions and drawn significant attention to your actions and rhetoric.

While your passion for advocacy and commitment to your constituents are evident, we strongly urge you to reconsider your tone and approach in confrontations, as they may lead to serious legal and political consequences.

Illegal aliens are not your constituents. They are foreigners who have entered this country illegally or overstayed a visa. How they got here does not matter—they are not your constituents.

Below is a recommendation to de-escalate and a warning about the potential risks of your current trajectory, particularly in light of accusations regarding your “Know Your Rights” seminars and their perceived implications. You are collaborating with foreigners in this country illegally by teaching them how to avoid ICE professionals. You are committing a crime when you do so, and you know it.

Recommendation: Strategic Restraint and Constructive Engagement

  1. Reframe Your Advocacy: Your efforts to inform constituents about their constitutional rights are one thing; your seminars teaching foreigners how to defy American law enforcement while they are in this country illegally are a crime. Teaching people who are here illegally how to protect themselves against search and seizure is within your First Amendment rights, as supported by legal precedent. However, framing these efforts in a way that could be interpreted as encouraging evasion of law enforcement fuels accusations of obstruction. There is no question that you have been obstructing. Instead, emphasize the educational nature of your seminars, focusing on empowering communities with knowledge of their legal protections. People in the USA illegally have no such protections. Collaborate with legal experts to ensure your messaging is airtight and aligned with constitutional principles, reducing the risk of misinterpretation.
  2. Avoid Personal Attacks: Your response to President Trump’s Truth Social post, including the claim that you “eat Queens boys for breakfast,” while spirited, plays into a narrative that you are engaging in personal feuds rather than substantive policy critique. Such rhetoric may energize your base but risks alienating moderates and providing ammunition for critics who portray you as confrontational rather than solution-oriented. Focus on policy-driven responses, such as highlighting the constitutional issues with Trump’s actions, to maintain credibility and avoid being drawn into unproductive online battles.
  3. Address Local Concerns Proactively: President Trump’s claim that you neglect your district’s “filthy, disgusting, crime-ridden streets” is not an exaggeration, as crime in New York City is comparable to that in the Bronx or Queens. To counter this narrative, visibly engage with community initiatives in the Bronx and Queens, such as town halls or public safety programs. This will reinforce your connection to your district and undermine accusations of absenteeism. When questioned on the street, nine out of ten people do not know who you are.

Warning: Legal and Political Risks

Representative Ocasio-Cortez, your actions have placed you under intense scrutiny, particularly from President Trump’s administration and its allies. Realize that world leaders are now doing their best to gain President Trump’s favor. You are doing the opposite.

The accusation that your “Know Your Rights” seminars constitute teaching foreigners to evade Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is a serious charge that have already led to investigations and political repercussions. You are teaching people who do not belong in the USA, how to avoid law enforcement. What you are doing in itself is illegal and you know it.

Border Czar Tom Homan has publicly suggested that your actions impede law enforcement, prompting him to consult the Department of Justice (DOJ). And instead of being humble or apologetic, you doubled down and mocked him. We have to ask you. Who the hell do you think you are?

While legal experts assert that informing individuals of their constitutional rights is protected speech under the First Amendment, any perception that you are actively encouraging illegal behavior could be construed as obstruction of justice, depending on the specifics of your messaging. Hannah Dugan thought she was smarter than the administration and she too defied the law. Look where it got her. If they stopped a judge, don’t you think they could stop you too? People who are in the United States illegally, for whatever reason, are not your constituents.

The world is aware that you employed Diego de la Vega, who was born in Ecuador and came to the United States as a child in 2001 on a visitor’s visa, which he overstayed. How it happened does not matter—what matters is that he was here illegally, you knew it, and you defied the law by hiring him anyway, proving that, like Ilhan Omar, you are a defiant Congress member who disregards the law. You forget that you were voted in, and now your constituents cannot wait to vote you out.

De la Vega was hired by you for your re-election campaign in 2021 and later became your deputy communications director. He self-deported to Colombia in March 2025 due to frustration with the slow pace of progressive immigration reform in the U.S.

De la Vega testified that leaving the country felt like exile but that he had a new life in Colombia with “freedom of movement.” You knew very well that DACA recipients are prohibited from accepting paid positions in congressional offices, yet you hired him anyway. There are reports that you are now being investigated regarding his employment, based on a statement from Border Czar Tom Homan, who has kept the matter confidential.

It is important to note that the funds used to pay De la Vega came from your re-election campaign (or so you claim – but no one believes you). You said that funds to pay him did not come directly from your congressional office operating budget. However, campaign funds are regulated and have tax implications that are viewed as indirectly related to taxpayer funds. Again, you knew this but did it anyway because you are defiant and do not respect this country’s laws.

Moreover, your ongoing feud with President Trump, including your calls for his impeachment over the Iran strikes, has provoked a strong backlash. President Trump’s Truth Social post on June 24, 2025, dares you to pursue impeachment, suggesting a calculated effort to provoke you into actions that could lead to political suicide. Your response, while witty, risks escalating the conflict further, potentially inviting more aggressive investigations or retaliatory measures from the administration.

The most severe accusation—that your actions could constitute treason—is a serious matter.

You must stop providing aid and comfort to this country’s enemies. Inflammatory rhetoric from opponents, including claims that you are undermining national security by opposing ICE enforcement, could be used to justify DOJ inquiries or public campaigns against you. Homan’s repeated taunts, including his claim that he is “waiting on the consequences” after targeting your colleague Rep. LaMonica McIver, indicate a willingness to push legal boundaries to intimidate critics. Do not think you are special—you are not.

Your association with the “Squad” and your vocal support for progressive policies, such as abolishing ICE, further amplify your visibility as a target. The fundraising email calling ICE a “rogue agency” has drawn sharp criticism from Republicans, who argue it demonizes law enforcement and could incite unrest.

In a politically charged climate, such statements could easily be weaponized to portray you as a threat to public safety, increasing the risk of investigations or even charges if the DOJ pursues a politically motivated case.

A Logical Path Forward

Representative Ocasio-Cortez, you are not the “Yorktown superwoman” who can bully the four most powerful people in the current United States government into submission (the four being the President of the United States, Pam Bondi, Tom Homan and Marco Rubio), nor should you aspire to be.

The narrative that you are going “toe-to-toe” with Trump, Homan, and Rubio may feel empowering, but it is merely casting you as an immature provocateur, street scrapper.

The Squad’s encouragement may embolden you, but it cannot shield you from the legal and political machinery of an administration. You alone are responsible for what comes out of your mouth.

There is no place to hide from the scrutiny of a DOJ under Attorney General Pam Bondi, who may be receptive to Homan’s calls for action. If that happens, it will be your fault for taunting members of this administration. You are getting too big for your britches.

To avoid potential legal peril, immediately cease any rhetoric that could be misinterpreted as encouraging illegal activity, even unintentionally. Your “Know Your Rights” campaign is lawful, but ensure all materials explicitly focus on constitutional protections rather than language that could be twisted as evasive.

You are addressing illegal aliens who either entered the country illegally or overstayed their visas. Either way, they are here without authorization. Publicly clarify your intent to uphold the law. Public perception is that you are advocating for people who are not at all your constituents. Consider issuing a statement distancing yourself from any perception of obstructing ICE operations.

Your district’s voters, including those who supported Trump in 2024, value authenticity but also expect results. Your biggest obstacle is that they do not know or trust you.

Failure to adjust your approach could lead to investigations that, even if baseless, will drain your resources and ruin your reputation. While treason charges are unlikely, the mere threat of DOJ scrutiny could chill your advocacy and embolden your opponents.

You need to practice strategic restraint. Heed this warning: temper your rhetoric, strengthen your legal footing, and focus on substantive policy work to avoid becoming a cautionary tale of overreach in a volatile political era.

Final Note: The accusation that you misrepresented your upbringing by claiming to be a “Bronx girl” has been amplified by critics, including a New York assemblyman who pointed to your Yorktown High School yearbook.

While this is a minor issue, it underscores the need to be precise in your public statements to avoid giving opponents easy points of attack. Right now, you are known as a bald-faced liar. Your district includes both the Bronx and Queens, and your roots are well-documented—use this to your advantage by emphasizing your authentic connection to your constituents rather than engaging in territorial street fights.
