CELL PHONE = PERJURY
By SNN.BZ STAFF
It was fireworks in court today as both Nathan Wade and Fani Willis were both mercilessly grilled. At one point Willis quoted Wade as having told her that, “The only thing a woman can do for me is fix me a sandwich.”

PROHIBITED FROM SPEAKING TO POLITICAL OPPONENT WILLIS MET WITH BIDEN ANYWAY
The recent scandal involving Fani Willis, the district attorney of Fulton County, Georgia, and her married employee, Nathan Wade, has raised many questions and concerns about the ethical and legal implications of their affair. Many of those questions were answered today and many more went unanswered.
Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee did everything he could to ensure Fani Willis’ privacy was protected but it was a hard feat considering those lawyers were aggressive and disrespectful. They were a bit easier on Nathan Wade.
Willis, who is the chief law enforcer in Atlanta, Georgia, admitted to having a sexual relationship with Wade, who is a senior investigator in her office, after months of denial and deception. She also justified paying him a much higher salary than his peers, who have more experience and qualifications than he does.
Willis claimed that their affair did not affect their professional duties or create a conflict of interest. However, many people disagree and feel that she should resign or be removed from her position, as she has violated the trust and confidence of the public and in doing so has committed a crime.
One of the main problems with the affair is that it is inappropriate for an employer to be sexually involved with an employee who directly reports to him or her. This creates a power imbalance and a potential for abuse, exploitation, favoritism, or discrimination.
FANI’S MARCH 2024 RESPONSE

An employer may use his or her authority to coerce, manipulate, or reward an employee for sexual favors, or to punish, harass, or retaliate against the employee for rejecting or ending the relationship. The employee may feel pressured, intimidated, or obligated to comply with the employer’s demands, or to keep the affair secret, for fear of losing his or her job, reputation, or career opportunities.
The employer may also give the employee unfair advantages or disadvantages, such as promotions, raises, assignments, evaluations, or disciplinary actions, based on their personal relationship, rather than their merit or performance. This can undermine the morale, productivity, and quality of work of the employee, the employer, and their co-workers, as well as the credibility, integrity, and accountability of the organization.
MRS. JOCELYN WARD CLAIMED HER HUSBAND WAS USING FAMILY ACCOUNTS TO PAY FOR INAPPROPRIATE VACATIONS HE WAS TAKING WITH HIS EMPLOYER, FANI WILLIS. THE APPEARANCE OF FANI WILLIS’ NAME ON NATHAN WARD’S CREDIT CARD RECEIPT PROVES THAT WILLIS BENEFITED FROM TAXPAYER FUNDS SHE USED TO PAY WARD HIS SALARY THEREBY CREATING A CONFLICT OF INTEREST (KICKBACK).
Another optics problem with this affair is that it is disrespectful and harmful to the families of the involved parties, as well as to the community and the law. Wade, who is married and has children, betrayed his wife and broke his vows by cheating on her with Willis.
Wade also spent a large amount of money, which he earned from his inflated salary, on luxury vacations and cruises that he enjoyed with Willis, while neglecting his financial and emotional responsibilities to his wife and children. His wife, who has filed for divorce, exposed his affair and accused him of adultery, fraud, and cruelty.
Willis, who has two daughters in their twenties, is setting a very negative example for them and the public about her affair by trying to cover it up by using her influence and resources. She also abused her power and position by paying Wade an excessive amount of money, which came from the taxpayers’ funds, for his personal and sexual services, rather than for his professional and legal duties.
Willis also compromised her role and reputation as the chief law enforcer in Atlanta, Georgia, by breaking the law and the code of conduct that she is supposed to uphold and enforce. In paying Wade so much more than his counterparts and then participating in the luxury vacations with him. Her participation in those vacations has created a “kickback” situation between herself and Wade which is in itself a crime.
The affair between Willis and Wade is a serious problem because Willis presented herself to the County asking for money to handle unsolved murders and Covid-19 related backlog which she then used to hire Wade as a Special Prosecutor therefore eliminating the need for him to have to swear a Loyalty Oath.
While the filings in the divorce case are sealed by Court order (at Nathan Wade’s own request) it is now public knowledge that Willis and Wade had traveled personally “as a couple” to such places as Napa Valley, California, Florida and the Caribbean and Wade did in fact purchase the tickets for both he and Fani Willis to travel on both the Norwegian and Royal Carribean cruise lines. Wade has also purchased hotel rooms for personal trips with funds from the same account used to receive payments under his contract with Willis.
It is inappropriate, unethical, and illegal for an employer to be sexually involved with an employee who directly reports to him or her, as it creates a conflict of interest, a power imbalance, and a potential for abuse and corruption.
It is also disrespectful and harmful to the families of the involved parties, as well as to the community and the law, as it violates the trust, loyalty, and commitment that they are supposed to have and show.
Therefore, Willis and Wade should be held legally accountable and responsible for their actions and decisions, and face the appropriate consequences and sanctions, such as resignation, removal, investigation, and prosecution.
The couple should also apologize and make amends to their families, their co-workers, colleagues, their community and society, for the damage and harm that they have caused and inflicted.
The AME Church, by providing Fani Willis a religious pulpit to plead her case to the public, aided in the couple’s adulterous affair by giving society the impression that the church leaders condoned their illicit activity.
Willis, who is the district attorney of Fulton County, Georgia, and is prosecuting Donald Trump for election interference, admitted to having a relationship with Nathan Wade, a married senior investigator in her office, who received a much higher salary than his peers.
Foolishly, Wade submitted a $2,000. invoice for his meetings with Joe Biden’s attorneys at the White House. This move waves a big red flag considering meeting with Biden’s lawyers is prohibited by law because Donald Trump (the case Wade is working on) is a direct political opponent to Joe Biden.
And whether we like it or not, we cannot ignore that when Amanda Timpson told Fani Willis that the grant a co-worker wanted to use to pay for top level mac computers, swag and travel was a very strict federal grant that could not be used that way, Willis more or less dismissed the discussion.
Instead of addressing the allegations and the evidence in court, Willis chose to use the Big Bethel AME Church in Atlanta to air her grievances, where she portrayed herself as a victim of a racially motivated attack and invoked God and faith to justify her actions.
By allowing Willis to use their pulpit as a platform to defend herself and to influence public opinion, the church leaders showed a lack of judgment and integrity and undermined their moral authority and credibility.
The church leaders should choose more wisely as to whom they allow to speak from their pulpit, and not lend their support or endorsement to someone who is involved in a scandalous and unethical affair.
The Reverend Dr. Lillie Shaw-Lomax and Reverend John Foster, Ph.D. who gave Fani Willis their religious pulpit should themselves be removed from their positions for sanctioning the unfortunate mess.
BOTH WADE AND WILLIS CELL PHONE DATA PROVE PERJURY ON BOTH THEIR PARTS
The couple were not able to pull off “the tough act” because neither Nathan Wade nor Fani Willis understand how cell phone towers work. Their “time line” lies fell flat. The judge can no longer look away and hope this too just goes away.
