SEAN COMBS

Organized Lawsuits

By SyndicatedNews Legal Eagle | SNN.BZ

In September 2024, Sean Combs—also known as Diddy—was arrested in the Southern District of New York on federal charges, including sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation for prostitution, and has been detained without bail ever since. After a high‑profile trial that concluded in July 2025 with acquittals on the most serious counts but convictions on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, a federal judge sentenced Combs on October 3, 2025 to 50 months (4 years and 2 months) in federal prison, plus a $500,000 fine and five years of supervised release. Because he received credit for the more than 12 months already spent in custody, he remains incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Institution, Fort Dix in New Jersey, and—barring further adjustments—his projected release date is in the spring of 2028.
