In a tremendous show of audacity and through the aid of extremely well paid lawyers, Jared Fogle is now suing his victim’s parents. The lawsuit states that her parents are far more responsible for their daughter’s poor behavior than he ever was.

One of his victims remained under “Jane Doe” protection. Her parents sued both Jared Fogle and his business partner Russell Taylor. Jared Fogle’s lawsuit is directed at “Jane Doe” … She sued Jared Fogle and Russell Taylor both.  This new lawsuit, claims that the victim’s father and mother are responsible for the teenager’s problems because they divorced. Fogle claims that the girl’s parents were constantly fighting and drinking in the presence of their daughter and he believes their behavior is what caused her bouts of depression and encouraged her self destructive behavior. She also began to engage in drugs and alcohol, cutting herself and having suicide ideation. Fogle is serving a 15 year prison term. He holds the girl’s parents responsible for the girl’s current condition.
