Russell Simmons has fled the US following 15 rape and sexual harassment allegations against him, and is hiding out at a yoga retreat in Bali, “Page Six TV” has exclusively revealed.  However, SNN.BZ has been following the latest people added to Simmons’ list of accusers claiming he was either sexually inappropriate towards them or were the victims of a rape assault.

The list of accusers has grown to 15. They are Kelly Cutrone, Jennifer Jarosik, Sherri Hines, Lisa Kirk, Toni Sallie, Tina Baker, Keri Claussen Khalighi, Jenny Lumet, Drew Dixon, Natashia Williams-Blach, Erin Beattie, Christina Moore, Amanda Seales, Karen Russell and one wishing anonymity has filed a complaint with NYPD.

Bali in Indonesia has no extradition treaty with the United States.

The music mogul, who has been accused by 15 women (to date) of misconduct is seriously being investigated by the NYPD over two claims.

Russell Simmons is taking an extended stay at the Yoga Barn in Ubud, in the lush uplands of Bali.

The center’s website describes it as “a gem in a sacred paradise.” It offers yoga, meditation, cleanses and detox, healing and ayurvedic therapy, reiki, spiritual guidance, and even colonics.

A source told us of the Def Jam founder, who discovered yoga in 1994 and has practiced it every day since, “Russell is focusing on yoga and meditation, as well as his spiritual and emotional health.

“He has also been seen wearing robes and walking the streets and markets of Ubud, the yoga town in the jungle.”

The source added that Simmons, 60, is “going to write a book,” apparently about spirituality, healing and yoga — but not a word about his sex scandal.

Simmons has strongly denied any sexual misconduct. He said in a statement in December,

“I vehemently deny all these allegations. These horrific accusations have shocked me to my core and all of my relations have been consensual.

“I have already apologized for the instances of thoughtlessness in my consensual relations. I have separated myself from my businesses and charities in order to not become a distraction. I have re-dedicated myself to spiritual learning, healing and working on behalf of the communities to which I have devoted my life … What I will not accept is responsibility for what I have not done. I have conducted my life with a message of peace and love.

“Although I have been candid about how I have lived in books and interviews detailing my flaws, I will relentlessly fight against any untruthful character assassination that paints me as a man of violence.”

Ironically, the Yoga Barn — a very well-known yoga retreat which attracts yogis from all over the world — has instilled a very strict anti-sexual harassment policy. The website reads, “We do not tolerate sexual abuse, sexual harassment, psychological manipulation, or the deliberate misuse of power. Those who stand behind this pledge offer their support to any victims of abuse.

“Sexual harassment must be openly discussed and integrated into spiritual communities in conscious, thoughtful ways intended to educate and empower individuals and groups … We can only move forward when issues of sexual harassment and abuse are allowed to be heard … When victims of abuse and mistreatment speak up, they need to know that they will be heard and action will be taken.”

Reps for Simmons didn’t comment.

[Below]  Russell Simmons (l) and his former sidekick Michael Skolnik (r) who self anointed himself the spokesman for all black matters.  Skolnik spent several years appearing on television broadcasts speaking for the black community as if there weren’t enough blacks able to articulate their own needs. In time it became obvious and very awkward that television “guest bookers” were choosing the white alternative rather than speaking to blacks directly.

On another note about Russell’s former wife Kimora…

Russell Simmons rushed to the defense of his ex-wife Kimora Lee Simmons and her marriage to Djimon Hounsou when news reports stated that Kimora Lee was headed for a divorce due to money issues and a personality clash with Djimon. Russell’s name was dropped when it was believed his decision to stop funding his ex-wife’s lavish lifestyle caused the friction. Russell Simmons immediately used his website GlobalGrind to set the record straight. Check out his statements

1. Kimora and Djimon are fine.

2. Kimora and Djimon are both doing extremely well in their respective endeavors and businesses and don’t need to fight over or waste energy on money issues.

3. I damn sure don’t pay nor have I ever paid alimony (Kimora does just fine). In no way do I support their lifestyle, so please don’t say they are fighting over MY money.

4. Yes she’s selling a house, but she hasn’t lived in it for several years since she built the house they currently reside in.

5. As for friction between us? There is none. I feel like I’m part of their family. Djimon and Kenzo are like my blood and Kimora is my best friend. We are partners in various businesses and in the really important business of raising our beautiful children.

Note:  While the couple never legally married, they do have a son (Kenzo Lee Hounsou) together. Kimora also has two daughters with Russell Simmons.

Kimora and Djimon Hounsou  split up after spending five years together.
