Where did Wyclef Jean go before his high energy performance at the Miami Beach Centennial Anniversary Celebratory Concert? He visited Stewart and Dena Stewart’s Art Studio in Miami Beach, of course!!!

What a spectacular celebration, held on the sands of the beach – with thousands of Beach residents, visitors and tourists. Performing at this mega-star Concert were superstars Gloria Estefan, with Andy Garcia playing the congas while Gloria sang a medley of her hits spanning the last 20 years; Wyclef Jean, Flo Rida, Jon Secada, Andrea Bocelli, Barry Gibb, Nicole Henry, Terrell Carter, to name a few. Although not a star yet, Emily Estefan, the talented daughter of Gloria and Emilio, brought her own brand of rock and jazz to the enthralled audience.

Also taking the stage were Grammy award winning producer/composer Rudy Perez, Island Records founder Chris Blackwell, Emilio Estefan, and DJ Irie. With great flair, Miami Beach Mayor Philip Levine emceed this fabulous, once in a lifetime, Concert.

In true Miami Beach style, this  Centennial Celebration ended with an eye-popping, ear shattering colorful display of fireworks.  Lots of fun was had by all.
