MOTION TO RECUSE JUDGE GLANVILLE

Brian Steel, Esq. and Ashleigh Merchant, Esq., his attorney

Kayla Bumpus was the attorney brought in to represent Kenneth “Woody” Copeland for the Monday morning ex parte meeting with Judge Glanville, Fani Willis and others. Copeland was basically given full immunity. Copeland told them that he lies all the time when he meets with detectives and tells them whatever they want to hear.

Even the Supreme Court of Georgia no longer believes in what Glanville is doing because the circumstances look more like corruption as time passes.

Judge Glanville suspects that it was Kayla Bumpus who told Young Thug’s lawyer, Brian Steel about a meeting Glanville had conducted ex parte with Fani Willis, other prosecutors and Copeland in his chambers.

The judge’s anger that he was called out publicly in court and embarrassed openly about having had an ex parte meeting fueled the judge’s rage to the point where he held Brian Steel in contempt if he didn’t tell him who told him that the judge had conducted what he referred to as a “private” ex parte meeting.

The Georgia Supreme Court has now stepped in and told Glanville that he cannot legally hold Brian Steel in contempt for 20 days, that the lawyer will not be serving time in jail and reminded the judge of several other laws that seem to have escaped his knowledge.

Woody Copeland fired Bumpus on Tuesday, and Judge Glanville ordered her back to court on June 25 for a show cause hearing since Glanville has filed an Order to Show Cause against her. Kayla Bumpus is seen on this video below (on the right) wearing the light green blouse and has her arms folded.
