From behind bars, Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith has successfully halted Sean Combs from selling his mansions or any other significant real estate “and assets.” A judge ruled in Cardello-Smith’s favor, issuing a monumental decision that prevents Combs, his attorneys, realtors, and anyone else from selling his properties.
Recently, Combs and his legal team visited Cardello-Smith in jail to offer a $23 million settlement for an alleged sexual assault that occurred at one of Combs’ parties, where they were supposed to discuss a record deal. This visit took place in the detention visitors center and was recorded.
Cardello-Smith requested a Michigan judge to place a restraining order on Combs, preventing the sale of properties intended for the settlement. The attorneys present are now witnesses to Combs’ confession, and despite attorney-client privilege, the recorded conversation stands as evidence.
Cardello-Smith argued that he or another inmate should be allowed to participate in these post-litigation critiques. Although the court initially dismissed his complaint, it appears he has now experienced a favorable ruling.
Sean Combs and his lawyers recently visited Cardello-Smith in jail to offer him several million so that he would not sue Sean Combs. Combs drugged Cardello-Smith and raped him.
