Kimberly Cheatle, Director of the Secret Service, along with her friend, Jill Biden have made the Secret Service a shell of its former self. The Department has prioritized inclusive initiatives that include transgender recruiting. This hiring interest began when she was hired two years ago.

The Secret Service Director was told to recruit at Pride events, hosting seminars on pronoun use, and training on diversifying the workforce sessions in order to bring in popular figures like a YouTube daredevil that they actually hired.

A REAL “ONLY FANS” STAR TRAINING WITH SECRET SERVICE (YOU CAN’T MAKE THIS UP)

Cheatle outlined her strategic vision for the agency in the 2023-2027 plan, emphasizing excellence through talent, technology, and diversity. “We are committed to embracing diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) across the agency,” she stated in the documents reviewed by members of the press including SNN.BZ.

The former serious, all business agency has created YouTube recruiting videos. Cheatle’s claim to fame was working Security at Pepsi.

SECRET SERVICE’S DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION PLAN

“DEIA must be evident in every action taken by our employees, setting a strong example every day.”

Speaking to CBS last year, Cheatle expressed her commitment to attracting diverse candidates and providing equal opportunities within the workforce, with a goal of achieving 30% female recruits by 2030.

Additional steps taken by the Secret Service under Cheatle’s leadership include hosting a seminar on respectful pronoun use during the annual Unity Day and producing a recruiting brochure highlighting their commitment to being a DEIA leader. The agency has also established an Inclusion Engagement Council to foster a workplace culture where diversity and inclusion are actively practiced.

Recruitment efforts at Pride events have proven successful, with increased participation from the LGBTQ community, including transgender individuals, as noted by Andrew Cannady of the Office of Chief Counsel during a 2022 agency podcast.

Criticism of Cheatle intensified following the July 13 assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump, where agency shortcomings were highlighted. Representative Ron Johnson voiced concerns about the focus on DEI initiatives in federal agencies.

For the last two years, Trump Security Personnel have been asking for additional security from Secret Service and they have been decimating his security rather than increasing it. The reality that Jill Biden and Kamala Harris both just happened to be in Pennsylvania themselves for other events, Secret Service told Trump’s staff that the event was not really that important.

What else has to happen before we could stop saying it’s a “coincidence?” After two days of grueling, cruel questioning Cheatle had to satisfy calls for her resignation.

that a former President, Donald J. Trump, the nominee for the office of the presidency, was shot on her watch was too much to handle.

Kimberly Cheatle officially resigned today.
