DRUNK ILLEGAL ALIEN KILLS MOTHER AND SON
JOSE_MENJIVAR, an illegal alien with 3 dui's under his belt and as many deportations, killed Melissa Powell and her son Riordan.

Jose Menjivar, 37 an illegal alien that had been arrested and convicted on three prior DUI incidents and deported from the United States, was back in the U.S.A., driving drunk again on a revoked license and crashed into and killed Melissa Powell and her 16-year-old son Riordan. The crash occurred on 12 December 2023.
Menjivar was driving at 100 mph in a 40-mile-per-hour zone and could not remember the crash. Officers found two empty beer cans on the front floorboard on the passenger side and an open beer case in the rear passenger seat. Other cans of beer were found on the road at the crash site.
Police and EMT’s could smell the strong, stale smell of liquor emitting from Menjivar’s body as well as the Toyota pickup Menjivar was driving and requested a warrant for a blood test. The blood test blood level content in Menjivar’s blood was .249 — that’s over 3 times the legal limit.
He was taken by ambulance to a local hospital. Once treated he was taken to the local jail.
