JUST DAYS BEFORE PRES. DONALD J. TRUMP TAKES OFFICE

BY ANONYMOUS OPINION

The FBI’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) was established in 2012. Its creation was met with some controversy, and the office has tended to operate with a level of confidentiality, possibly due to the sensitive nature of its purpose.

This office, funded by taxpayers, is not directly involved in law enforcement activities. Instead of drawing attention to its role through a more direct name, the FBI chose the title “Office of Diversity and Inclusion” in order to reflect its mission to promote a broad range of perspectives and inclusive practices.

Most freedom of information requests asking about the FBI’s DEI office always came back saying “it didn’t exist” but that’s only because the public did not realize that the FBI called its DEI office the ODI. Clever, but still lying by omission. And the leftists that promoted the DEI ideology loved keeping those secrets because they felt the rest of the country was intellectually inferior and that they were somehow “saving them” from themselves.

It is important to note that the hiring practices associated with the ODI have been slightly different from the standard procedures traditionally followed by the FBI. In order to enhance diversity, certain qualifications and standards were “adjusted” (their word, not mine) to provide opportunities for individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences, including those with different personal and ideological beliefs. For instance, thousands of minorities that failed their bar exams were hired at all levels of government. The office of Human Resources does not like to admit that something like this could happen.

While these efforts have been aimed at creating a more inclusive workplace, some individuals hired through these initiatives may not have been fully prepared for the challenges of their roles. Among the hires, there has been a noticeable representation of individuals from the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, which is part of the broader effort to ensure a diverse and representative workforce.

Back in 2015, Valerie Jarrett proudly introduced a staff member that saddened me when it was announced that a Latin man had reached such heights as the assistant to one of President Barack Obama’s Senior Advisors, yet I felt sadness to know that he dressed in such an elaborate manner. We thought a Latin trans wasn’t very common in the Latin community. but we were wrong. At the time, I wished he’d been a straight Latin man representing the Hispanic community in that capacity. This was quite a shocking Facebook post way back in 2015 for people who were not part of the trans community. An announcement like this on Facebook is now run of the mill.

This was Valerie Jarrett’s assistant, Raffi Freedman-Gurspan

Wikipedia states that in January 2022, Freedman-Gurspan was appointed by President Joe Biden to Deputy Director of Public Engagement at the U.S. Department of Transportation, where he works on behalf of U.S. Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigeig.

With this new administration, the silent majority will be silent no more. The transgender community will face a dodgy journey because everyone is not sympathetic to the transgender community’s ideals.

Many of that community’s members will face hardships because much was left unspoken for the last 8 or 9 years because it was considered rude or impolite to say anything at all against the trans community or to them directly but that was during the Biden-Harris administration.

The Biden administration made it a law that if you did not use a person’s preferred pronouns you could be sued. Many will not be that willing to bite their tongues now and will speak freely and openly about DEI, ODI, LGBTQ+ or TRANS rights.

And now that President Trump returns to help the United States get up off its knees and back up on its feet again, FBI Director Ray, has chosen not to work out the last 3 years left on his contract. He has resigned from his position, a few days before President Trump’s inauguration.

Going forward, we can’t forget the oddity that in law enforcement circles, although it was widely known that J. Edgar Hoover led a lifelong intimate relationship with Clyde Tolson, J. Edgar Hoover’s name still adorns the main building of the FBI campus.
