1/2 THE USA: NO PHOTO ID TO VOTE?
IN SPITE OF THAT, PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP STILL WON BY A LANDSLIDE
BY THE LEGAL EAGLE
This map, although crucial for understanding the voting landscape, did not receive the widespread attention it deserved. Many citizens, preoccupied with their daily lives, missed this important piece of information it contains. The lack of prominent coverage by major news outlets meant that the nuances of voter ID laws remained under the radar for a significant portion of the population.
Very quietly, in the background while most people were enjoying life and not really paying attention, the mainstream media quietly published the map of the United States identifying which states required ID and which did not.
Obscuring that map in plain site was purposefully done by liberal media – it was no accident.
There must be a federal law written and enforced immediately that applies to all states demanding that everyone voting shall have a proper ID which includes the person’s birthdate, location of birth, current residence, phone number, and any other pertinent immediate information related to that individual.
Such a law would ensure uniformity and fairness in the voting process across the country. It would also help in maintaining the integrity of the electoral system by preventing potential fraud and ensuring that every vote cast is legitimate. The absence of a standardized federal requirement leaves room for discrepancies and inconsistencies that can undermine public trust in the electoral process.
It is a curiosity to me how half the states in the USA were able to dispense with photo IDs altogether. This must be corrected immediately. The fact that so many states do not require photo identification raises serious questions about the security and reliability of the voting process in those regions.
Photo IDs are a basic measure to verify a voter’s identity and ensure that the person casting the vote is indeed who they claim to be. Without this safeguard, the system is vulnerable to manipulation and abuse, which can have far-reaching consequences for the democratic process.
Millions of undocumented individuals likely voted or tried to exploit our reckless, infantile voting procedures.
The need for a federal voter ID law becomes even more apparent when considering the recent election results. Notice that the states in which no ID or no photo ID was required were the majority of the states that Kamala Harris won last week.
This observation suggests that the lack of stringent ID requirements may have influenced the outcome in those states. It highlights the importance of having a uniform standard for voter identification to ensure that all votes are held to the same level of scrutiny and legitimacy.
It goes to show you how fervently the citizens of the United States truly wanted the southern borders to shut down, illegal aliens removed from the landscape, and a return to the rule of law.
The election results reflect a strong desire among the electorate for policies that prioritize national security and legal immigration. The public’s support for these measures underscores the need for a voting system that accurately reflects the will of the people, free from any potential irregularities or fraud.
The mainstream media’s failure to prominently publish information about voter ID requirements is a disservice to the public. By not giving this issue the attention it deserves, the media has contributed to a lack of awareness and understanding among voters. It is crucial for the media to provide comprehensive coverage of such important topics to ensure that the electorate is well-informed and able to make educated decisions at the polls.
The current status of voter ID laws in the United States is a patchwork of varying requirements that can lead to confusion and potential vulnerabilities in the electoral process. A federal law mandating proper identification for all voters would help to standardize the system and enhance its integrity. As the recent election has shown, the public’s desire for secure and fair voting practices is strong, and it is imperative that the legal framework supports this fundamental democratic principle.
As of the 2024 election, the voter ID requirements across the United States are as follows:
- States Requiring Photo ID: There are 9 states only, with strict photo ID requirements. These states are Arkansas, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.

These states include Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and West Virginia.
