apples_dessertRecently I’ve started a 10 Day Transformation Cleanse in hopes to clean my body, start eating more healthy and lose a little weight in the process. For the past 4 Days on the Cleanse I was able to lose 6 lbs. Although most of the Cleanse has me drinking lots of shakes and taking proteins they do allow some room for fresh Organic foods. Heres a healthy simple and easy dessert recipe I was given that left me not only satisfied but surprised of how delicious it was.

1 Organic Apple (sliced)

Coconut Oil

Organic Cinnamon

Organic Raw Honey

Start by heating up a small pan or skillet on medium/low heat with half a tablespoon of Coconut Oil. Once the Oil is hot place your sliced Apples on the pan and let them fry in the Coconut Oil. Make sure to turn them over every so often so that they don’t burn on one side. Once you start to feel the Apples are getting soft add some Honey onto the Apples probably around 2 tablespoons or to your taste. Make sure to keep turning the slices of Apples on the pan so they can all get covered in Honey. Once the Apples are slightly soft sprinkle on some Cinnamon remove them from the pan and there you have it. A delicious Healthy Apple Dessert.
