Are you looking to TWIST up your dinner routine?  Have you considered lamb chops? Traditionally, we immediately think of the meat staples, chicken and beef occasionally pork, lamb is often not considered.

I am sharing with you a fantastic lamb chop recipe. It is not only tasty, but it is very easy to make.

Herb Encrusted Grilled Lamb Chops with Peaches


2 lbs. of Lamb chops
4 to 5 cloves of garlic
1/3 cup of chives
6 basil leaves
1 shallot
2 ripe peaches
Olive oil-365 Spanish style
1 lemon
Sea salt
Black pepper
Lysanders Meat Rub


  1. Marinate lamb chop with garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 2 to 3 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Slice up one ripe peach and add to marinate before grilling.
  4. Allow grill to heat up before cooking meat.
  5. Sear both sides for 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. Re-marinate lamb chops and grill again until preferable temperature.

Rare- 135 degrees
Medium Rare- 140 to 150 degrees
Medium 160 degrees
Well Done 165 degrees +above
