10430894_10155234023525223_5246794903031861832_nDuring the winter months we are all trying to find that comforting feeling of a nice hot healthy soup that keeps us warm inside. Heres a healthy soup that will help keep that winter cold away. Once again as part of my 10 Day Transformation Cleanse I’ve discovered some new and healthy was to make different kinds of dishes with Organic foods. After losing 7 pounds in just 5 Days I’m starting to think I’m doing something right here. Heres is one of the dishes that I’ve put together during this new adventure. 

5-6 Cubed Butternut Squash

1 cup of Organic Broccoli

1-2 cloves of Crushed Organic Garlic

2 cups of Organic Vegetable Broth

Himalayan Salt to taste

1/2 teaspoon of Coconut Oil

In a saucepan you want to put 1/2 teaspoon of Coconut Oil at medium/low heat. Once the oil is hot put one or two crushed garlic cloves into the saucepan and let it saute until you smell the garlic aroma. Do not over cook the garlic. Add about two cups of Vegetable Broth and the Cubed Butternut Squash. Bring that to a low boil for approximately 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Add a dash of Himalayan Salt to taste. Finally add your Broccoli and let it cook until desired texture. I happen to like Broccoli soft with a slight crunch. Once you get the Broccoli to your liking just pour it all into a soup bowl cuddle up on the couch and enjoy.

Remember this is an easy and simple recipe that can be altered to you taste.
