- Theft by Taking:
- 11 counts
- Allegations of unlawfully acquiring funds from Hall County and the Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of Georgia (PAC) for personal and unrelated expenses.
- False Statements and Writings:
- 13 counts
- Allegations of making false statements and falsifying documents, including receipts, to support travel expenditures.
The case was investigated by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI), emphasizing that no one is above the law. The Public Integrity and White Collar Crime Unit ensures justice for the people of Georgia.
