    • 11 counts
    • Allegations of unlawfully acquiring funds from Hall County and the Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of Georgia (PAC) for personal and unrelated expenses.
  • False Statements and Writings:
    • 13 counts
    • Allegations of making false statements and falsifying documents, including receipts, to support travel expenditures.
