He also went on to win the popular vote, the electoral college, the senate and congress. It was a clean sweep that could not be denied. The Harris election campaign collected more than a billion dollars and do not want to return it. They have chosen to redistribute the money to other democrats and to use it to reinforce the financial strength of the democratic party.
