Yang Tengbo, also known as Chris Yang, is a Chinese businessman who has been living in the UK for over two decades. He has recently been in the spotlight due to allegations of being a spy for the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
Yang is accused of engaging in covert activities on behalf of the CCP, which has led to his exclusion from the UK.

Yang Tengbo’s connections with Prince Andrew have raised significant concerns. He was known to have a close relationship with the Duke of York, attending private events and even being involved in business ventures linked to the prince. He ran a consultancy called the Hampton Group International.
Despite these allegations, Yang has denied any wrongdoing, stating that his activities were legitimate and misinterpreted due to the current political climate. .
Prince Andrew has since distanced himself from Yang following the allegations. This situation has sparked a broader debate about China’s influence operations in Western countries and the potential risks associated with such relationships.
